It has taken me 8 years to like the city I live in. I have fought long and hard to get out and move away, back to a place where I grew up or somewhere close to it. However, with the market the way it is, I've realized I'm here and that's not gonna happen anytime soon. So, why don't I enjoy Whittier and try to love it or at least like it? After all, I like my children's schools. I love my home and my neighborhood. I even like my neighbors and the people I've met while living here.
In this blog, I will share my thoughts and opinions and any facts I can provide about anything having to do with this quaint, interesting and intriguing little city called Whittier. I have realized that I do like it here and this is where we're meant to be right now. So, I will embrace this city and share whatever I can about it.
